Emerging Leaders – Emerging Leaders has been designed to provide delegates with a profound professional development experience to enhance their confidence, knowledge, and skills as emerging leaders. Delegates of this programme will explore the difference between supervision, management, and leadership, and put this knowledge to use in their organisation. However, each delegate will ultimately be encouraged to find the leadership style best suiting their traits.
Upon successful completion of this Emerging Leaders training programme, delegates will be able to:
- Participants will be able to articulate and demonstrate what is fundamentally important to them as a leader
- Develop the confidence, knowledge and skill to be an effective leader
- Discover a range of leadership techniques and methods and how to apply them in practice
